8. Crossroads Music
Crossroads Music has two locations in Nebraska – one in Scottsbluff and another in Alliance. They’re known as the stop for American folk music – specifically guitars. They offer repairs, lessons, and more for quite a reasonable price. Crossroads Scottsbluff is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday-Thursday, closes an hour early on Fridays, and is open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays, closed on Sundays.
As implied by the name, Crossroads Music takes inspiration from the classic American folk tale of a six-string picker meeting the devil at a Southern crossroads. He gained unrivaled talent on the guitar in exchange for his soul. Luckily, no soul exchange is required to access the repairs, lessons, rentals, and more at Crossroads – though a few bucks likely wouldn’t hurt.

9. Ron’s Music
Ron’s Music is one of the only musical instrument shops in Grand Island, though that’s not to say they haven’t earned their reputation. Ron’s Music is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday-Friday, closes an hour early on Saturday, and is closed on Sunday.
You won’t find an online shop for Ron’s, but their Facebook page is full of photos of eye-catching guitars, shiny brass, and more.
