2. Love in the Oven Bakery
Founded in 2010 by Casey, Love in the Oven Bakery specializes in creating tasty desserts and bakes for various occasions. Situated in Fargo, they cater to events such as weddings or corporate catering opportunities.
On the menu are cheesecakes, cookies, cupcakes, cake pops, and bigger buttercream frosted cakes. With all sorts of flavors to choose from, you can be sure to customize it to your liking, especially as there are gluten-free and vegan options too!

3. Bread Poets
Bread Poets was established in 1998, and they have been baking artisan bread for almost 24 years! You can find them in Bismarck, where they are run by husband and wife Jon and Juanita Lee, and their children Jayce and Jessa.
They grind their own flour for use in their baked, with different types of breads, cookies and scones made daily. Their bread is also stocked in various stores throughout Bismarck if you are unable to visit their flagship bakery.

4. Brick Oven Bakery
Brick Oven Bakery in Bismarck aims to make bread in the purest and most simple way possible, using an authentic brick oven and with no additives: their sourdough only has 3 ingredients! Brick Oven Bakery is owned by Steve and Sandy Jacobson and first opened its doors in 2019.

5. Prairie Sky Breads
Situated in Minot, Prairie Sky Breads started from humble beginnings in 2014 from a market stall into a community effort for owner and baker Travis Gerjets to be able to sell his amazing breads and bakes from an actual store in town.
Part bakery, and part community gathering space, Prairie Sky Breads aims to be a place where everyone can come together over a coffee and a loaf of bread, pizza slice or all manner of sweet treats such as cookies and scones. 6. Mabel’s Bakery & Coffee Shop
Established in 2017 by owners Lacy and Woody, with the former of which always wanting to run a bakery, Mabel’s Bakery & Coffee Shop is located in Napoleon. Alongside freshly brewed coffee, you can find all sorts of baked goods, both sweet and savory, to entice you.
Made in small batches, their bread and buns are made from scratch every day. If you need a larger amount of food, place an order with them or leverage their catering services. At special times of the year, there are seasonal selections, such as their holiday cookie trays.

7. Due North GF Bakery
Located in Hatton, Due North GF Bakery was founded by Kristi and Mary, and specializes in making gluten free products that taste and feel the same as regular baked treats that you know are love! Started in 2019, and many farmers’ markets later, they now use their special gluten free flour to help others.
They give their homemade touch to items such as cookies, pastries, bread, and cakes, and even those who aren’t intolerant won’t know the difference! Keen to make sure everyone is supported and included, they also have recipes available for you to use at home.

You can find By the Batch Bakery & Eatery in Bismarck. Originally just focusing on making great bagels, they eventually branched out and now you can find all manner of baked items, as well as meals served daily.
